Exhibit Summaries: In the exhibit, you can see a group of RCMP having a conversation at the start, then a black jeep trackhawk shows up by coming by BHC and parks at GOC. 1 ERT Corporal and 1 CIU Staff Sergeant approaches the accused for whatever reason, and the ERT starts batoning the accused, possibly due to accused's prohibited firearm. Consequently, the accused gets out and starts shooting at the ERT and gets downed by the CIU. While the peace officers were giving medical attention he was trying to make it look like the murder was justified and then the accused leaves the game to avoid action.

In an interview with the accused, they claims that the statement was taken out of context and was related to a scene that was not relevant to this. In another interview, a witness had also said how he believed that they had no intentions of actually doing said crime but instead, targeting a PPS officer that was involved with another scene. The Special Investigation Unit believes that there was not enough evidence to believe that the accused had said something towards the Canadian Armed Forces.

Three out of those four were reported for firing their weapons with hit other people for no reason at all. Knockedouthard then proceeds to walk roughly three steps to the front of a white pickup truck and stands still. It is then shown that Deadshot_2004 fires his shotgun four times causing Knockedouthard to be downed. Another shotgun shot is fired moments after, ending the life of Knockedouthard.

Conclusion: Although Deadshot_2004 claimed in part that this was an act of self defense, it is evident that the individual is unarmed, as well as no weapon was ever pulled. Knockedouthard was also completely still for multiple seconds prior to dying, which should’ve been more than enough time for Deadshot_2004 to realize the individual did not pull a firearm. Adding onto this, there is no indication of any prior engagement or roleplay before Deadshot_2004 fired on Knockedouthard. Both agreeing that he is guilty of his actions and did see the offense happen whilst being on-duty. The next exhibit is coming from the person who was constantly getting rammed by the accused. Summary of Investigation: Original Report "I was on the CA team at the post 'EP' (Entry Point) of the DND. Private wannabesweatyboi arrived on civilians team, he left his car obstructing traffic and jumped on top of the car, while waving a protestor sign saying "I'm back you apes." An RCMP officer arrived and confronted him. He said "Sir, get down from your car and leave please." He jumped down, but pulled his side arm, a pistol and fired a few rounds. A round hitting the officer in the chest, and another CA there, Private RobertoSuarezGomez was hit in the shoulder. He ran into his car and fled."
Korallal/RobertoSuarezGomez Suspect was described to have approached the National Defence Headquarters whilst off-duty in a sports car, illegally blocking the main road. He held a sign towards the on-duty Soldiers, 'I'm back you apes.' He obstructed numerous orders and then opened fired on Peace Officers and Soldiers for no reason, then fled.

Conclusion: Upon reviewing all available evidence and statements, it is this investigator's conclusion that both AshieReflex and DerangedKruger should receive warnings. Ashie should not have provoked an argument, and Deranged should not have taken it further once it became clear that an argument was developing. Conclusion: The evidence provided shows Atlantic releasing Ashie from the guard post. However, there is enough testimony to suggest that the original reason for detaining Ashie may not have been valid. Given that this has mostly become a he said/she said situation and there is no additional evidence to back up either side, I cannot hand down a fair punishment to any individuals involved in this investigation. Yes, Atlantic should not have walked into EP and released Ashie, and Ashie shouldn't be telling any CA to shut up, but given the lack of context in this situation it would be unfair to hand down disciplinary action when the full truth cannot be determined.
