Charges for Guarantee:
Commission for issuance of Guarantee (SFMs Charges, as applicable (at present Rs 119/- per transaction) to be recovered in addition to stipulated service charges)

*Note: When called upon to refund payment made to them under reserve, Bank’s will pay to the negotiating Bank the face value of the bill together with interest at the commercial rate of the negotiating Bank plus charges. Interest/charges, if any would be for customer’s account.

Out of Pocket expenses are worked out by Treasury Branch at the time of handling transaction, which should be informed to the branch concerned.
For each foreign currency & rupee bill Purchased/ Negotiated		0.15%, subject to Minimum Rs.509/- and Maximum Rs.6112/-
		Concerned sanctioning autthorities, in deserving cases, may reduce the maximum charges to Rs. 4,075/- the reason for allowing the concessions are to be duly recorded.

GUARANTEES
The following concessions may be given, in case of issuance of guarantee specified below:

2. In case of guarantees (other than issued for project exports) issued against 100% cash deposit, 25% of the normal charges.
3. DEFERRED PAYMENT GUARANTEE

C	General Terms and Condrtlons: (Concessions/Exemptions In Service charges in respect of collections, remittances and deposits)

1) Collection of instruments favouring Welfare Service, Charitable & Religious institution may be allowed at par provided that these
institutions are exempted from payment of Income Tax and also bank with us. However, actual postage/transmission charges and
out of pocket expenses must be recovered while collecting instruments for the above customers.
2) Collection of subsidy Cheques issued by the Central and State Government under any program whenever applicable is to be
collected at par.
3) Geological Survey of India, Under Ministry of Mines & Supreme Court of India under Ministry of Law & Justice, Govt. of India, are
accredited to our bank i.e. our Bank is Official Banker of these two Govt. Departments. Therefore, no service charges are to be
realized on the transactions of these two departments. However actual postage charges/out of pocket expenses are to be
recovered from them.
4) Collection of cheques at par and free remittance facilities by way of DD may be allowed to blind and physically handicapped
and also to institutions set up for their welfare / benefit, provided they bank with us. However, postage and other out of pocket
expenses should be recovered.
5) Cheques/Drafts favouring Prime Minister's Relief Fund / Chief Minister's Relief Fund are to be collected at par. However actual
expenses like postage etc. should be recovered.
6) No Service charges in respect of the following service are to be recovered from Defence Personnel in active service, ex-service
men and from the widows of Defence Personnel, drawing pension and having account with our bank.

➤ 75% of the processing charges recovered upfront at the time of handing over the sanction letter to be refunded if sanction is not agreed when conveyed.

➤ If the consent / acceptance or otherwise for limit sanctioned is not given within 2 weeks from conveying of sanction by branch, the processing charges recovered upfront will be forfeited

➤ Processing charges recovered by the Bank on completion of documentation will not be refunded whether limit is availed fully or not.

Prepayment Charges on Term Loan

The same clause shall invariably be incorporated in the sanction letter & acceptance of borrower in this regard shall be obtained & kept on record.

GUARANTEES
The following concessions may be given, in case of issuance of guarantee specified below:

2. In case of guarantees (other than issued for project exports) issued against 100% cash deposit, 25% of the normal charges.
3. 5. The charges shall be collected on the specified period of liability of the guarantee. The specified period of liability shall mean the actual validity period for the guarantee plus the additional period during which claim can be made on the Bank under the guarantee.

DEFERRED PAYMENT GUARANTEE
Where the entire DPG guarantee commission is collected upfront		The rate of commission and the rate of exchange (TT selling) prevailing as on the date of the DPG shall be applied. No further adjustment commission arising out of future revisions in the exchange rate shall be made.
Where deferred payment guarantee commission is recovered on instalment basis.		The rate of commission and the rate of exchange (TT selling) prevailing as on the date of recovery of each installment shall be applied.
In the event of early redemption of DPG		50% of the Commission for the unexpired period of guarantee may be refunded subject to the condition that the original guarantee has been returned for cancellation or a confirmation has been received to the effect that there are no claims against the guarantee.
In the event of default of instalment		Interest shall be recovered at the domestic commercial rate of interest as prescribed by Reserve Bank of India from time to time from the date of default to the date of actual payment .
Where a DPG has been issued by an AD but the relative instalment payment is remitted through another AD.		The latter shall compensate the A.D. which had issued the guarantee 0.125% commission in lieu of exchange on the amount of remittance.
